My first book signing will be in my hometown, Doylestown, Pennsylvania on Friday, November 5th, 2010, from 6PM to 8PM. It’s at The Doylestown Bookshop located at 16 South Main Street, just south of State Street. The Bookshop is a great place to browse and find books. And on blustery days, it’s a friendly place to sit and read your new purchases. A large percentage of my family presents through the years have been books or gift certificates from the store.
October 16, 2010. Sucking up Yellow Jackets published in the United States today.
September 23rd. October 16th may be correct. That is the date Sucking Up Yellow Jackets is supposed to be published, but I pre-ordered one from Amazon, and one from Barnes and Noble as soon as they appeared on their sites. The Amazon one arrived on Sept. 13th, the one from Barnes and Noble on Sept. 14th. They were both printed in this country. I had already gotten one from Amazon, printed in the UK, clearly one of the reader copies shipped to someone who agreed to read it and insisted on a copy of the real book, not the PDF file o-books would rather send for just this reason. They too often appear for sale on Amazon as used-like new.
